Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Excellence Manager to lead our Guest Experience team in Adelaide. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to further your career in client services, with the scope to shape operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the smooth delivery of front-of-house operations, including room setups, event execution, and coordination with third-party providers. You will lead regular team meetings and catch-ups, manage rosters and casual staff, and ensure adherence to the Guest Experience Manual and SOPs.

About the Role

This is a full-time in-office position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, events, or guest services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage costs, escalation of issues, defects, cleaning, room priorities, and event charges
  • Handle client feedback and dispute resolution
  • Manage vendor relationships, implement national leadership directives, and oversee menu offerings
  • Lead regular team meetings and catch-ups, and manage rosters and casual staff
