The Client Service Associate will manage external and internal relationships, handle queries related to managed funds and active ETFs across asset classes, and focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include overseeing various asset classes, assisting with inquiries regarding MAM Public Markets products, and resolving disputes.
- Experience in a similar role with an interest in asset management.
- Passion for client service and delivering client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and willingness to learn.
