Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Sydney clinic as a Client Care Representative. This permanent full-time role involves working 5 days a week from Monday-Friday, with hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Our client will be part of a complete hearing healthcare company with 25 clinics across Australia, offering advanced diagnostic services and tailored hearing solutions. We are part of Sonova, the leading manufacturer of innovative hearing care solutions present in over 100 countries worldwide.

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules for audiologists, greeting clients, updating records, assisting with client and doctor enquiries, answering phone calls and emails, providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices, accurate billing of appointments, and performing general office duties.
