Business Development Associate

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

You will apply your expertise in relationship building, communication, and problem-solving to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering results, excellent analytical and collaboration skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong leadership and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering results
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Well-defined time management and organizational skills
