Training and Competency Development Specialist

About this Role
We seek a professional Trainer and Assessor to join our Academic Team at Melbourne campus.
As trainer and assessor, you will deliver and assess units under VET Quality Framework for following qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT40521)
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121)
You will design, deliver, and assess units of competency that meet high standards, familiarize yourself with training and assessment strategies, mentor students, participate in industry consultation meetings.
To be successful, you should have experience in training and assessment, hold current industry skills and comprehension, possess Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or relevant degree.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and assess units of competency
- Familiarize and contribute to reviewing training and assessment strategy
- Mentor and support students
- Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff, and validation meetings
- Maintain currency in relevant fields as per ASQA requirements
