As Learning & Capability Manager, you will drive competency uplift in the business unit to achieve performance measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Technical Training Specialists to deliver and develop technical training for claims staff.
  • Strategise, develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive learning and capability framework.
  • Balance local operational needs with national Learning & Capability strategy to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Provide advice directly to the General Manager and operational leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role with demonstrated capability in designing, developing, and facilitating technical training.
  • Extensive experience leading and coaching high-performing teams through training and development.
  • Strong team motivational, analytical, planning, communications, organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and maintain document control and data integrity.
