The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our Employee Awareness, Advocacy and Adoption Team (EAAA). As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering change initiatives that meet business goals and ensure a seamless transition for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of change initiatives from start to finish.
  • Foster leadership alignment and facilitate a clear case for change.
  • Analyse and communicate change impacts across the value chain.
  • Improve and utilise change tools and systems for successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement, and training strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and enablement partners to drive change.
  • Maintain accurate data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop a transition plan to embed changes and handover to Business as Usual.
  • Identify and escalate change risks with treatment plans.
  • Guide the delivery team on change, culture, leadership, and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Change Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in project and change methodologies, including PROSCI Certification & Lean Change.
  • A track record of delivering program change activities on time, on budget, and with quality outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesise complex information and make practical recommendations.
  • Prior experience in Training & L&D activities in preparation for Change.

Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation + bonuses
