Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager - Stress Testing to lead the transformation of our Stress Testing function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new business processes, systems and technologies to drive efficiency, productivity and innovation across the business.

The role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational change and stakeholder engagement. You will need to possess excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.

  • Leading the development and implementation of new business processes, systems and technologies to drive efficiency, productivity and innovation across the business.
  • Providing strategic guidance and leadership to senior stakeholders and teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing effective project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Managing and resolving complex issues and conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation and learning within the team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and managing business cases to justify investment in new business initiatives.
  • Designing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinating and facilitating workshops, training sessions and other events to engage stakeholders and promote business outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, vendors and partners.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant degree in business, commerce or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business transformation, change management or project management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational change and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, finance, technology and regulatory requirements.
  • A passion for innovation, experimentation and learning, with a willingness to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation, annual leave loading and other benefits.
