Job Description:

This is a key role within the Civil Direct market segments, where you will be responsible for providing leading customer management, pricing and coordination of major customer projects, contracts, and general end-to-end customer service to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • End-to-end management of orders and projects (medium, large and major projects) with selected customers across the East Coast of Australia.
  • Compilation and submission of tender documents relevant to the civil and infrastructure market.
  • Manage selected key customers including quotes, phone/email queries, orders, and relationships against a set range of KPIs.
  • Provide great customer experience by maintaining effective communication both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our Civil Direct customers.
  • Achieve strict adherence to agreed KPIs around project timelines, pricing, order management and delivery.
  • Support external sales teams to successfully execute key account plans of agreed customers.
  • Safeguard a safety-first culture through visible leadership and workforce engagement to achieve best possible workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience in customer service, project administration or pricing.
  • Prior experience working for a distributor or supplier to the Plumbing, Hardware, Civil or Irrigation market segments is highly desirable.
  • You should possess a resilient personality and exceptional communication skills, capable of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must be able to manage and deliver upon complex orders and major projects.
  • SAP business technology platform experience is highly preferable.
