Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively skilled Project Resource Officer to join our team at Vero Insurance. As a Project Resource Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of regular and recurring resource processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management. You will also lead weekly resource meetings and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure the right talent is hired for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of resource processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and change management
  • Leading weekly resource meetings and following up on action items
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including raising job requisitions and screening candidate resumes
  • Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project and organizational charts and resource master data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administration support/HR experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Experience with recruitment coordination and evaluation of resumes
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
