Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Executive Assistant, ensuring seamless operations in our Head Office. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communication, and provide support to multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls with a professional telephone manner and take messages.
  • Oversee the Perth reception inbox and greet visitors, couriers, and monitor the door camera.
  • Coordinate the management and ordering of stationery items and kitchen supplies, as well as catering for morning tea and Board meetings as required.
  • Perform administration duties in INX, including entering leave applications for corporate staff and updating information as needed.
  • Establish and update procedures for Reception Admin.
  • Arrange corporate staff travel via Corporate Travel Management/Lightning online portal, setting up profiles, booking flights, accommodation, and hire cars.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar Administration role.
  • Strong computer and systems skills, with knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
