We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Administrative Professional to join our team at ECi Executive. As an Accounts and Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for handling invoices, expenses, and office administration tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Invoicing and Expenses Reconciliation
  • Administration Support to Assist the Office
  • Handling Accounts Enquiries from Contractors, Suppliers, and Customers
  • General Housekeeping Duties such as Answering Phones and Receiving Couriers

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Track Record as an Experienced Admin Officer
  • Experience and Understanding of Accounts: Invoicing & Expenses
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Abilities
  • Previous Experience Working in Companies within the Civil Construction/Roads Sectors
  • Positive and Personable Character
