Job Description:

You will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Unit Registry Oversight in ensuring that SLA and key client deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner. This involves working with an outsourced provider of unit registry/transfer agency services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the governance and management of the outsourced registry provider to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between the outsourced registry provider and internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the unit registry stream during client transitions to ensure seamless execution
  • Cordinate deliverables during peak processing periods to meet client expectations
  • Participate in industry working groups to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes
  • Identify potential risks in operational processes and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong client service focus and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • 8+ years' experience working in or closely with a unit registry/transfer agent with exposure to wholesale and retail funds
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to apply them effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
