
High Value Client Relationship Manager

This is a highly demanding role requiring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The primary objective is to establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, relationship management or customer service within the financial markets industry. A degree in a relevant field and RG146 certification are essential.
- Please note that this role operates five days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of premium clients to optimize revenue growth.
- Provide proactive end-to-end relationship management for high-value clients.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client queries via phone and email.
- Identify opportunities to educate clients on our products and services.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
