Job Mission

We are seeking a skilled professional to act as the ultimate ambassador of Valentino, fostering deep connections with high-spending clients and ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the client journey.

The ideal candidate will embody the Maison's values and set a benchmark for client engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships

    Develop, nurture and manage relationships with high-value clients, delivering exceptional experiences across all touchpoints.

    Analyze client behavior, preferences and emerging trends to provide strategic insights and inform business decisions.

  • Sales & KPIs

    Drive personal sales and contribute to store performance by exceeding individual targets through strategic selling techniques.

    Master key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize client interactions and enhance sales outcomes.

  • Product Knowledge

    Possess expert-level knowledge of Valentino creations and communicate their stories effectively.

    Act as a point of reference for colleagues on product knowledge and storytelling techniques.

  • Operations

    Ensure full compliance with operational guidelines and leverage company tools to streamline activities.

    Provide exceptional after-sales assistance and support product transfer requests.

  • Events Support

    Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute in-store events and city-specific activations.

    Participate in events, offering high-touch interactions that enhance client experiences.

  • Teamwork

    Inspire colleagues to elevate clienteling capabilities and embrace the Maison's values.
