Job Description

The role involves setting a client development strategy and standards for the market. This includes aligning management and client relations teams, recruiting new high-value clients, and developing initiatives to engage existing clients.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Re-engage lapsed clients and proactively prospect for new high-potential clients.
  • Actively recruit new high-value clients for the business.
  • Partner with marketing, PR, and retail events to drive activations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement
  • Develop local, regional, and Blue Book selling event strategies to maximize high-value sales.
  • Support product launches, caravans, and ad hoc product events.
Client Development
  • Develop an annual High Jewellery strategy for the business including sales targets.
  • Recruit new High Jewellery clients.
Client Relations
  • Host all local selling events and specialized client functions in conjunction with Market/Store management.
  • Direct involvement in custom design orders and communication of Statement Council requests.
