Job Title

A Communications Advisor is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


The role involves developing and managing employee communications, including Townhalls, leader communications, internal campaigns, and email announcements. The successful candidate will also undertake regular evaluation and measurement, recommend best practices, manage and optimize internal communications channels, provide communications advice and support, and contribute to key projects.


About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month employee communications plan.
  • Manage and optimize MMG's internal communications channels, including email and the intranet.
  • Provide expert communications advice and support to the business.
  • Contribute to key projects requiring communications support.
