Global Freight Operations Specialist

DHL, a global leader in freight forwarding, is recruiting an experienced professional to join its international supply chain team as a Global Freight Operations Specialist.
This role will be responsible for supporting various customers across Australia and New Zealand with daily operations while maintaining high standards of service quality and ensuring compliance with established SOPs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of origin and destination processes.
Key responsibilities include preparing documents, providing administrative support, and working closely with other teams to resolve customer requests effectively.
Required qualifications include a tertiary degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer support environment.
