Job Overview

This is a specialist role focused on promoting employee wellbeing and mental health across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored wellbeing programs, tools, and resources to support the organization's wellbeing strategy.
  • Provide expert advice, targeted interventions, and upskilling on managing psychosocial risks to various stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on wellbeing topics, including global events, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and event coordination.
  • Collaborate with wellbeing providers to ensure timely support delivery to employees.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in workplace mental health and/or wellbeing and safety roles at large, multi-site organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislative requirements relating to psychosocial risk.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Negotiating, influencing, consulting, coaching, and teamwork experience with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
