
Employee Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communication plans to support organisational objectives.
Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content across various communication channels, collaborating with leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging, and monitoring the effectiveness of communication strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in internal communications, preferably within the public sector, as well as end-to-end publication experience and proven ability to create effective communication materials.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing our intranet platform, providing advice and guidance on best practices in employee communications, and ensuring all communications align with our organisation's branding and tone.
The successful applicant will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
