Global Workplace Investigation Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to join our Employee Relations team as a Global Workplace Investigation Specialist.
This role involves conducting complex global workplace investigations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. You will foster key principles of Employee Relations, promoting the highest ethical business standards within the organization.
The position requires leading global internal workplace investigations from intake through completion, developing investigation strategy, conducting witness interviews, analyzing electronic and written records, drafting investigation reports, and communicating efficiently with key leadership.
As a trusted partner to the Global Employment Law team, the Global People Team, Ethics & Compliance, and other teams, you will help scale and globalize ServiceNow's investigative practices.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in partnering with expanding legal and employee relations teams and working on challenging legal and employee relations issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Promoting the highest ethical business standards at the organization
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Using data to improve and scale investigative processes, case tracking, and matter management
