Role SummaryThis role involves developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Australia and New Zealand, with some support for South East Asia.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, using data-driven insights to drive business outcomes.
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with Australian work rights.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Human Resources/Arts/Finance or similar.
- Experience contributing to compensation and/or benefit programs.
- Project management skills.
