**About the role**
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Manager - Performance and Reward you will be responsible for all aspects of Performance and Reward at ART.

The role reports to the General Manager - Performance, Reward and Governance and contributes to the design, delivery and governance of ART's performance and reward strategy while overseeing the delivery of core performance and reward activities.

Day to day, you'll:

- Lead the delivery of reward activities and projects including the Performance and Remuneration Review cycle, gender pay analysis and relevant guideline and policy reviews.
- Manage ART's reward policies to ensure regulatory compliance, competitiveness and alignment with ART's purpose and strategy.
- Provide remuneration expertise and governance to support Enterprise Leaders, and in preparation for Boards and Committees.
- Lead the delivery of all Reward Disclosures including Annual Remuneration Report and CPS-511 Disclosures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, offering expert guidance on remuneration governance and supporting effective people processes.
- Keep abreast of the regulatory environment and market best practice, to identify and implement required process changes to continue to meet regulatory requirements whilst maintaining engaging employee frameworks.
- Lead, coach, develop and motivate the Performance and Reward team
- Establish and continuously improve process and frameworks aligned to ART's performance and reward frameworks, for example as it relates to role sizing and benchmarking, pay equity reporting and market analysis.

- Strong understanding of remuneration structures, benefits management, and related legislation.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing remuneration programs.
- Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in HRIS and compensation software, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in financial services or a global organisation highly regarded.
- Experience in leading a small team of professionals and experts
- Proven ability to manage high volume of work demands whilst building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Highly developed communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
