Loyalty & Rewards Coordinator

The role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loyalty & Rewards Coordinator to join our Customer Marketing & Platforms team. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Engagement, you will play a key role in delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns and enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program.

This is a hands-on role that combines campaign coordination, stakeholder management and creative input, with plenty of opportunity to bring ideas to life and directly impact customer retention and experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, Push, direct mail, digital, contact centre) to acquire more members and encourage redemptions in the program.
• Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program through partner collaboration, communications, and tactical offers.
• Writing and coordinating content, ensuring alignment with brand tone, guidelines as well as Compliance, Privacy and Spam Act obligations.
• Supporting campaign reporting and insights to measure performance and inform future activity.
• Maintaining and optimising automated customer journeys within the CRM.
• Manage the customer support queries relating to the Rewards program.

What experience you'll bring

• Degree qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative copywriting ability.
• Proven experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for enhancing customer experience.
• Experience with other loyalty programs and insurers is preferred but not essential.
