Overview
Boeing Australia and New Zealand are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to be based in Brisbane or Melbourne.
This role develops, implements, maintains and administers compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed, ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives.
The role primarily supports Australia and New Zealand with some support for countries in South East Asia, supporting the Total Rewards Leads for the respective locations.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed to meet business objectives.
Support Australia and New Zealand with some support for South East Asia, supporting the Total Rewards Leads for the respective locations.
Attend international calls/meetings that may occur outside standard business hours.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data and translate technical data into business outcomes.
Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional and non co-located teams.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with Australian work rights.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Human Resources/Arts/Finance or similar.
Experience contributing to the development, communication or administration of compensation and/or benefit programs.
Experience in working with brokers, benefit providers or other vendors.
Project management skills.
Experience rolling out new programs or changes to existing programs.
