Job Title:

Learning Strategy Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive organisational effectiveness through innovative learning programs.

This role involves close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including Group Leadership and Source Principals, who will rely on your commercial acumen and insightful guidance.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within an organisation.

  • Designing and implementing training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and foster a coaching culture.
  • Creating and delivering high-ROI leadership development programs.
  • Developing a comprehensive L&D Strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
  • Facilitating the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
  • Leading the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
  • Managing relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies.
  • Promoting L&D activities, crafting strategies to engage employees, and analysing the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Designing engaging and impactful learning offerings, such as workshops and seminars.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients, ensuring a focus on superb client service.
