Job Title:

Learning Strategy Lead

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within an organisation.

  • Designing and implementing training programs that enhance leadership capabilities and foster a coaching culture.
  • Creating and delivering high-ROI leadership development programs.
  • Developing a comprehensive L&D Strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on Senior/Executive leadership programs.
  • Facilitating the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
  • Leading the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
  • Managing relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies.
  • Promoting L&D activities, crafting strategies to engage employees, and analysing the effectiveness of these programs.
  • Designing engaging and impactful learning offerings, such as workshops and seminars.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal clients, ensuring a focus on superb client service.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in Learning & Development, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of the business and its goals.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong facilitation and consultative skills.
