Learning Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary educator to join our team as a Learning Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing targeted growth in literacy and numeracy, developing and implementing whole school wellbeing practices, and designing quality teaching and learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong educational leadership skills, the ability to build staff capacity and manage performance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will also possess approval to teach infants and/or primary, and demonstrated ability to lead, evaluate, and sustain targeted growth in literacy and numeracy.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing research-based and data-informed strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Leading and managing targeted growth in literacy and numeracy using effective programs and practices.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs that meet the diverse needs of students.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Approval to teach infants and/or primary.
