Job Title: Talent Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Strategist. As a key member of our Learning and Development (L&D) function, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful programs that drive business success.

About the Role
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop strategic initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
  • Coach L&D teams and business leaders to enhance their capabilities and support a high-performing culture.
  • Optimise internal communications to drive operational excellence and engagement.
  • Provide specialist support for projects requiring L&D input.
  • Understand business learning needs and provide informed recommendations.
  • Manage and facilitate L&D frameworks to build an engaged and skilled workforce.
  • Develop, facilitate, and evaluate L&D solutions with internal and external partners.
  • Cultivate internal capability to support business strategy and growth.
  • Create sustainable L&D solutions aligned with succession and future needs.
  • Promote continuous improvement of L&D offerings to meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Change Management, Organisational Development, or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in eLearning design software, facilitation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
