About the Role:
Cabrini's Day Oncology and Infusion Centre offers patients access to a comprehensive range of cancer treatments.
We are seeking a reliable Frontline Support Specialist to join our part-time team.
This role involves providing administrative support, handling enquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner
- Provide efficient reception services and maintain a professional atmosphere
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries promptly
- Respond to patient requests or refer them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information
About You:
You will bring recent experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
