Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are a patient-focused team, working in a dynamic and varied environment every day.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our customer service team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to people approaching you at reception
  • Utilising software systems to support your work and assist consumers
  • Ensuring timely, complete and accurate entry of data and details when admitting and updating patient details into various systems

We use iPM as our Patient Administration System, Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Scanned Medical Records (SMR) and may be asked to undertake other related administrative duties.

About You/ What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, including listening skills and sensitivity to the feelings of others. You will also require strong office administration skills and an ability to rapidly grasp the challenges of a busy workplace where multi-tasking is a must.

  • Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to prioritise tasks as circumstances change, so that critical and/or urgent tasks are completed on time
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to manage competing demands

Flexibility to accommodate shift work and ability to work at other sites if needed is essential.
