Established, Medical and specialist clinic close to Frankston hospital.

We have a large, modern and custom designed facility that is in Frankston, plenty of car parking and sporting clubs - we are spoilt by our location.

**The Role....**

We are seeking a passionate and professional Medical Receptionist to support the Practice in the daily administrative functions of the business. You will be working within an exceptional team.

**Key Duties Include**:

- **Diary and appointment management**:

- Taking **payments**:

- **Accounts, receipting and banking**:

- **Opening and closing the practice** and ad-hoc roles throughout the day consistent with administrative tasks.

Previous medical or allied health reception experience is preferred, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Casual bases with full time possibility

**Pay**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

**Expected hours**: 30-40 hours per week

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $22.97 - $32.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
