Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of H&S Advisors and developing and implementing a strategic H&S plan. Your expertise will also be utilized in risk management, safety in design, project planning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of H&S Advisors across multiple projects
  • Developing and implementing a strategic H&S plan
  • Risk management including safety in design, project planning, and SWMS
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory matters and audits

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Highly skilled people and stakeholder leader
  • Elite organisational skills
  • Strong and influential presenting and facilitation skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS or equivalent (Degree or Diploma)
  • Extensive H&S experience in the construction industry
