Health and Wellbeing Champion

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Champion. In this role, you will work closely with operational leaders and teams to embed safety into day-to-day decision-making and drive proactive risk management.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in lifting safety leadership, strengthening risk controls, and supporting the implementation of strategic safety initiatives across our client groups.

  • Be a true partner to leaders, bring safety to the front foot of operations.
  • Lead initiatives that shift mindsets, reduce risk, and build ownership from the ground up.
  • Turn big-picture strategy into on-the-ground action, tailored to each site's unique rhythm.
  • Coach and empower leaders and teams to take charge of their safety responsibilities.
  • Use data and insights to tell stories, set priorities, and deliver results.
  • Hunt down inefficiencies and co-design smarter, more sustainable safety solutions.
  • Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and care where safety is owned by everyone.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses a strong background in health and safety, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

They will also have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
