Job Title: Health Specialist

This is a critical role in shaping a safer future where opportunities become reality.

As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Expert, you will collaborate closely with operational leaders and teams to embed safety into daily decision-making and drive proactive risk management.

You will be required to work regularly across our VIC sites, including Melbourne CBD and Scoresby. You will be an integral part of the team, working side-by-side with operational leaders to integrate safety into every decision, every process, and every day.

  • Be a trusted partner to leaders, bringing safety to the forefront of operations.
  • Lead initiatives that transform mindsets, reduce risk, and foster ownership from the ground up.
  • Translate big-picture strategy into actionable steps, tailored to each site's unique dynamics.
  • Coach and empower leaders and teams to take ownership of their safety responsibilities.
  • Utilize data and insights to tell compelling stories, set priorities, and deliver results.
  • Hunt down inefficiencies and co-design innovative, sustainable safety solutions.
  • BUILD A CULTURE OF CURIOUSITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND CARE WHERE SAFETY IS OWNED BY EVERYONE.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhance safety leadership and strengthen risk controls.
  • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC SAFETY INITIATIVES ACROSS CLIENT GROUPS.
  • Partner with teams to not only manage risk but to lead, influence, and empower.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a H&S Role.
  • Proficient computer skills Strong knowledge of Australian health and safety.

You will bring your hands-on approach across our two Melbourne sites based in Collins Street and Scoresby, partnering with teams to not only manage risk but to lead, influence, and empower. Your goal? Elevate safety leadership, strengthen controls, and turn strategy into action.
