Safety Advisor Leader

This role is about managing and leading Occupational Health and Safety experts to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients with multiple sites across Victoria.

  • Travelling to client sites, providing expert advice, and working closely with internal teams and client counterparts.
  • A strong issue resolution focus and a valid driver's license for regular travel requirements.
  • Mentoring, developing, and guiding more inexperienced consultants while maintaining high-level safety expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing leadership in OHS advisory roles, focusing on delivering consistent and high-quality results.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies for improving workplace health and safety performance.
  3. Conducting risk assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, at least 5 years of experience in WHS advisory or related roles, and strong leadership skills. A high level of safety hands-on technical experience and attention to detail are also essential for this position.

This role requires a collaborative approach, effective communication, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are crucial for success in this position.
