Key Responsibilities
  • Embed a positive HSW culture across the organisation by empowering leaders with knowledge and skills.
  • Work with People and Culture teams to develop and implement HSW capability and literacy throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on best practice health, safety and wellbeing management to organisational leaders.

Job Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety combined with extensive experience in WHS legislation and regulations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivering HSW advice and services, with relevant industry expertise.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to import knowledge, lead and coach others.
  • Proven experience in influencing and driving change across diverse organisations.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
