About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Spaceship. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their trust is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and general enquiries, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Nurture relationships with customers to build long-term advocates and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2C customer support, customer success, or similar role, serving customer communities.
  • Experience with customer support systems, such as CRMs, and dealing with online chat enquiries.
  • Experience in working in financial services, specifically in a super fund support role or with experience in ETFs, investments, stocks, and trading.
  • RG146 accreditation is highly desirable.
