Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our small team of 6. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Manage incoming customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Nurture relationships with customers, turning them into long-term advocates for Spaceship.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2C customer support, customer success, or similar role.
  • Proven experience with customer support systems, including CRMs and online chat platforms.
  • Background in financial services, preferably in a super fund support role or with experience in ETFs, investments, stocks, and trading.
  • RG146 accreditation is a plus.
