Job Title: Delivery Support

This role entails overseeing and managing a team responsible for building operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees, and schedule and manage daily activities.
  • Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, set and track staff and department deadlines, mentor and coach as needed, coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports, perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations, suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities, manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities, oversee vendor relationships, and review price quotes.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can effectively guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
