We're currently seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to manage three residential strata buildings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations across residential strata sites.
  • Manage all building assets: fire, hydraulic, mechanical, lifts, and recreational facilities.
  • Review, scope, tender, and manage preventative maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and optimal asset performance.
  • Use MYBOS to manage reporting and workflows.
  • Work closely with engaged Strata Committees.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years' experience in building/facilities management.
  • Strong technical knowledge: fire systems, hydraulics, HVAC, pumps, and lifts.
  • Experience in contract and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields (highly regarded).
  • Self-starter mindset with a solutions-driven approach.
