Facilities Management Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the delivery of Facilities Management/Maintenance services across multiple sites in NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the provision of planned and corrective/reactive maintenance services
- Lead a team of facilities management and support services professionals in the delivery of high-quality services
- Ensure ongoing supply of top-notch Facilities Management/Maintenance services through strategic client interface, operational direction, and service delivery strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Facilities, Maintenance, Contract or Key Account Management, with a proven track record in managing multi-site contracts
- Excellent relationship management skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to provide clear goals, direction, and timescales to ensure effective achievement of objectives
