Complaint Resolution Specialist

Kambu Health is looking for a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism. In this role, you will use your strong communication and problem-solving skills to assess complaints, identify core issues, and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complaints within a health or NGO setting
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare detailed reports and document case findings thoroughly
