We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in legal, dispute resolution or customer service to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities- Manage a dynamic portfolio of insurance complaints referred to external dispute resolution schemes;
- Deliver exceptional customer service through the delivery of high-quality solutions;
- Prepare quality submissions and correspondence to regulatory bodies;
- Manage all complaint-related communications with customers and their representatives;
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at external dispute resolution schemes;
- Utilise industry knowledge to analyse and determine the appropriate course of action in managing complaints;
- Convey complex material in plain English to various audiences;
- Identify possible systemic issues and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong dispute resolution experience and/or industry experience;
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools;
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities;
- A desire to balance customer-centricity with commercial acumen;
- Tertiary qualifications in legal, finance or similar.
