Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in maintaining and growing both new and existing client relationships. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the clients' needs are met in a timely and satisfactory way, working closely with the customer service and sales teams.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence others effectively
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor junior staff members
- Proven track record of building pitch presentations and conducting successful client meetings
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Conduct regular business development activities to grow existing relationships and identify new leads
- Liaise with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
