Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring their success with our products.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client needs and concerns while fostering strong, long-term relationships.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify new opportunities and improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage post-sales onboarding, administration, and relationship management for clients across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication, training, and support.
  • Become a product expert, providing ongoing training and support to clients on how to maximize the value of our data and research products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and improve our products and services.
  • Work closely with Account Management to manage client renewal pipeline and retention targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of industry experience in account management or client services in financial services, technology, media, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills required.
  • Highly organized workflow with strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, and time management.
