Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a high-performing team, inspire motivation and confidence to achieve store targets and drive business growth.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage all operational aspects of the store, maintaining excellent standards of stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the store optometrist, working together to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in both the clinic and retail spaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in Retail and/or Optics in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor position.
  • Qualifications: Ability to learn and practice all things optical, genuine passion for creating amazing customer experiences, and love being in a fast-paced, growing business.
