Job Title: Achieving Financial ExcellenceWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our accounts receivable function, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of current account positions, and developing a customer service culture through close working relationships with customers.The role involves:
  • Maintaining strict credit control to minimize bad debts
  • Reviewing overdue accounts and following up with customers to collect money in a timely manner
  • Daily receipts allocation and credit hold release
  • Reconciling debtor payments
  • Issuing monthly customer statements
  • Contacting customers for overdue accounts and managing collections
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts
  • Ensuring intercompany recoverable expenses are pre-approved and invoiced
  • Monthly confirmations and month-end close support
  • Office administration and data entry
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 5+ years of finance or related experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
  • Oracle Fusion experience is an advantage
  • Conversant with applicable tax laws and industry knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
