About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate applications for financial assistance and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
  • Assess each situation comprehensively and develop suitable solutions.
  • Engage in discussions with customers to understand their concerns and negotiate customized financial arrangements.
  • Confirm resolutions in writing and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints as needed.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or similar.
  • Previous experience in collections or hardship within the banking & financial services industry.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships and lead conversations to effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask with a commercial mindset.
