This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in spearheading high-profile exposure for our company within the media marketplace. As a Lead Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for setting industry benchmarks for professional standards and leading by example across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver business goals through individual budget achievements, ensuring overall team success.
- Implement skills development programs for Sales Coordinators and Account Executives.
- Develop and promote weekly KPIs for the Sales Team to drive performance.
- Collaborate with GSM to lead account initiatives and enhance communication.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic client partnerships across designated territories.
- Contribute to establishing a High-Performance culture within the designated sales team.
Sucessful candidates will possess prior media experience, either in a media agency or media sales environment. They will be motivated by driving business growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional support.
Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an Account Manager position.
- Strong leadership traits and confidence in demonstrating them.
- Refined negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively within a team environment.
- Experience working with global or large national clients is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Management, Media, or Advertising (preferred but not essential).
