We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and foster new partnerships, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and improving customer service propositions to align with our brand strategies
  • Leading and maintaining a portfolio of key trade accounts
  • Collaborating with trade applicators, stores, and residential builders
  • Achieving sales, growth, and profit targets
  • Delivering high-level customer relationship management that promotes service excellence and customer retention

Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous experience in account management, preferably in the building materials market
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven record of building new relationships and growing existing business
  • Current driver's license
